A new student, Karma Akabane, transfers into 3-E after a suspension. He hates all teachers, and he immediately starts trying to kill Koro-sensei.
A new foreign language teacher, Irina Jelavic, arrives at the school. The 3-E students realize she's come to eliminate Koro-sensei.
Quiet Manami Okuda attempts to poison Koro-sensei. She fails, but Koro-sensei offers to research poisons with her. Then it's assembly time.
With midterm exams approaching, principal Asano and Koro-sensei's disagreement about school management puts pressure on the 3-E students to do well.
The class trip to Kyoto provides another chance to assassinate Koro-sensei with the help of a government sniper and no help from some delinquents.

Class 3-E must play an exhibition game against the school baseball team. Sugino is determined to beat his ex-teammates, and Koro-sensei wants to help.
Takaoka, a seemingly good-natured soldier, takes over Karasuma's P.E. class. Before long, the students come to realize his true nature.
With the help of Shiro and Itona, school bully Terasaka concocts a plan to kill Koro-sensei in the class's new swimming pool.
Koro-sensei announces that the students who score the highest on the school's upcoming exams will get to shoot off one of his tentacles.
Koro-sensei offers an incentive to those in 3-E who do well on their final exams. Meanwhile, 3-A's "Big Five" are plotting to undermine 3-E.
Lovro trains the students in assassination techniques, and they head to the island resort for their summer vacation.
The assassination attempt begins with a home movie designed to embarrass Koro-sensei, but 3-E's plan isn't the only one that's unfolding.
A team of students infiltrates the hotel, where they square off against professional assassins in an attempt to help their infected classmates.
While Karma employs a clever tactic to dispose of a henchman, the girls and Nagisa attempt to sneak through the lounge to get to the next floor.
With Koro-sensei's help, the students continue making their way to the top of the building, where they learn the identity of the mastermind.
During the duel, Nagisa draws on Lovro's lessons and gets sage advice from Terasaka. When it's all over, the students receive some surprising news.
Class 3-E's summer trip to the island is almost over. Koro-sensei arranges a test of courage to try to get his students to pair up romantically.
Kaede comes up with a plan to kill Koro-sensei with a giant exploding pudding and gets the entire class to help her build it.
Itona attacks Koro-sensei again, but Koro-sensei fends him off easily and his implants fail. When Shiro abandons him, Itona goes on a rampage.
Itona uses his electronics skills to build a remote-controlled tank for a strike on Koro-sensei. The other boys want to use it to look at girls.
Asano discovers 3-E class president Isogai working a part-time job and threatens to report him unless 3-E can beat 3-A at the school sports festival.
Class 3-E's parkour practice injures a pre-K teacher. As punishment, Koro-sensei bans them from midterm studying and has them fill in at the pre-K.
The students play Cupid, arranging for Karasuma to give Irina flowers for her birthday. But after Karasuma insults Irina, she stops coming to school.
Karasuma and Koro-sensei attempt to rescue the students but Koro-sensei is imprisoned by the Reaper, forcing Karasuma and Irina to make a choice.
It's time for career planning. Nagisa wonders if he wants to be an assassin while his mother wants to remove him from Class 3-E.
Kunugigaoka's school festival is a competition for profits. 3-E serves food cooked with mountain ingredients, but 3-A is pulling out all the stops.
Final exams are coming up quickly and the principal brainwashes the 3-A students into hating 3-E. Gakushu asks the 3-E students to beat 3-A's scores.
For the final exam problem, Karma and Gakushu compete to solve a tough math question. Then it's time for the announcement of the results.
Koro-sensei foils principal Asano's scheme to kill him, leaving Asano with the last textbook and his reflections on his own teaching career.
Kaede attacks Koro-sensei while they're cleaning the shed, revealing a surprising connection to former 3-E teacher Aguri Yukimura.
Nagisa uses an unconventional tactic to shock Kaede into halting her attack, attracting Shiro's attention and giving Koro-sensei time to save her.
During their time as captives in Yanagisawa's lab, the Reaper and Aguri Yukimura became quite close. Then Yanagisawa destroyed the moon.
Nagisa wants to save Koro-sensei, but the class can't reach a consensus. Koro-sensei suggests resolving the dispute through a paintball game.
Karma and Nagisa are the last two players standing in the paintball match, and Karma challenges Nagisa to a one-on-one battle to end it.
With help from their classmates, Nagisa, Karma and Ritsu sneak onto the rocket bound for the International Space Station to find Koro-sensei's data.
High school entrance exams are approaching, and so is Valentine's Day. Nagisa's talk with Sakura leads him to think about teaching as a career.
Koro-sensei announces that he's making a Class 3-E yearbook using his own photos. With time running out, Nagisa talks to Koro-sensei about teaching.
Three hours remain until the orbital Anti-Sensei laser is fully charged. The students launch a desperate infiltration mission to rescue Koro-sensei.
The Reaper and Yanagisawa continue attacking Koro-sensei. When Yanagisawa targets the students, Karasuma attempts to intervene.
Though Kaede lives, Koro-sensei is exhausted and weak. He makes one final request of the students, and 3-E must decide whether to honor it.
Karasuma arranges for Class 3-E to attend the Kunugigaoka graduation. Before everyone disbands, Nagisa learns that Koro-sensei did him one last favor.
